Ordering a Shepherds Hut
We are ready to book your Shepherds Hut into our workshop and ordering is usually a straight forward process. A typical customer journey looks like this:

Get in touch for an initial chat about what you're looking for. We will then send you a detailed quotation to consider. We can also give you a rough lead time, although naturally this changes regularly.

If you're interested in looking further, we can then discuss your feedback and personalise your design, arrange a viewing of our own huts, and visit you to advise on access, site preparation and utilities, as well as delivery costs.

When you are happy to proceed, you can book your build by paying a 25% deposit. You may then finalise your design after this point, up until about six weeks before your hut enters production.

We will advise the necessary site preparation, allowing you plenty of time to get your location ready for the hut.

When we begin construction of your hut, a further balance of 50% is payable. You are welcome to pop into our workshop to check the progress of your hut!

Upon completion and delivery of your hut, the final balance will be invoiced.

Checklist
Every customer's Shepherds Hut journey is a little different, but generally we recommend ensuring that the points below have all been considered before placing your order;

There should be sufficient access to deliver your Shepherds Hut to your location.

You should have the necessary planning permissions in place, if required.

A suitable hardstanding consisting of a concrete pad or compacted hardcore base with the relevant utilities can be installed and ready to connect by the time your Hut is ready to deliver.

If you are funding your Shepherds Hut with any kind of grant funding or finance, ensure that this is already approved and in place before placing your order.
