The Shepherd Hut has come a long way since its humble beginnings and our innovative designs have taken it to the next step! These are much more spacious huts, typically between 18ft to 28ft and can be up to 3 feet wider than a traditional design. This makes them perfect for guest accommodation, whether it be a glamping site, wedding venue or farm diversification project. Premium huts like our Shepherds Lodge can generate revenues of over £180 a night, 12 months a year.
Most importantly, these can be fitted with an ensuite bathroom and kitchen. But it doesn't have to stop there- We can fit a vast range of features including underfloor heating, televisions, bath tubs, built-in speakers, fold-down beds, stained glass windows... the list goes on!

A note on pricing: The example prices shown are typically inclusive of fit out and ready for use. We could strip the examples back to the bare basics and show a much lower "starting from" price, but that would just be misleading! For detailed, itemised costs, get in touch for a quotation.
The Poachers Hut
Prices typically range from £55,000 - 75,000 + VAT
This is our most popular style of hut, making an ideal guest room for holiday accommodation at hotels, glamping sites, wedding venues, farm stays or as an AirBnB offering in your garden. This hut begins at 18ft x 7ft 6inch, although our most popular size is 20ft x 8ft 6inch, providing a little more room and storage. Such huts feature at Champneys Health Spa Resorts and the award winning Fair Oak Farm.

The Keepers Hut
Prices typically range from £75,000 - 90,000 + VAT
Our Keepers Hut was launched as an upgrade to our Poachers range to offer a larger, more spacious hut with a bed that you can get in and out from both sides (no more rolling over one another in the night to get to the loo!). It starts from 22ft x 8ft 6inch, but can be built to 26ft x 9ft 6inch and anywhere inbetween. You can find some of our Keepers Huts at Wild With Nature, a brand new farm stay diversification project (AKA, Farmcation) in Norfolk.
Popular options for this sort of hut include;

Discounts and Finance
We won't deny it; Our Shepherd Huts are not cheap! There are plenty of pop up firms cranking out cheaper huts and rickety sheds-on-wheels to meet a growing trend but far fewer artisans creating a quality product. We pride ourselves on being one of the latter.
Our huts are hand-built in house from high quality materials by experienced craftsmen who take the time to display the best of their skills in their work. This results in a more expensive, but ultimately superior build which will outlast any lower quality alternative. If your hut is intended for commercial use, spending a little extra on a hut that will stand up to the use and abuse of the general public is just good business sense!
For orders of multiple Shepherd Huts, we are able to make and pass on savings in form of a bulk discount. The more you order, the more generous we can be. The amount will depend on the fit out of the hut, and all costings are itemized for transparency.
Not only this, but we can also provide flexible financing options via our recommended finance partner at Credo Asset Finance, which may help you spread out your payments in affordable instalments.
