Our Poachers Hut is a luxurious extra bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, fitted kitchen which costs from £29,000 depending on the final specification.
We would suggest an allowance of up to around £3000 for site infrastructure such as drains, electricity, water although this will vary depending on your site.
Therefore, we can estimate a total capital cost of around £32,000 to get your hut up and running.

The average nightly rental cost of a Shepherd’s Hut with an en-suite bathroom, let in conjunction with your cottage should achieve around £50 per nights extra to main house.
