The Shepherds Hut Bar

We provide luxury Shepherd Hut Rental across the UK. ​For an unforgettable outdoor event, why not combine two of the world's greatest elements (Shepherds Huts & alcohol) and have your very own exclusive Shepherds Hut bar serving beers, wines and spirits to your guests. This versatile and attractive serving hut can also be adapted for use as a catering hut or a coffee bar, and can be set up to your specification. 
It'll be a hit with your guests, and for serving staff it's a pleasure to work from. It's a perfect solution for pop up events at venues without a bar, or for venues that host outdoor events and require a satellite bar to save their guests from having to walk too far for a refill!
Pricing
 
​Dry Hire: From £300 per night 
Work with your own supplier, or venue staff to stock and service the bar for your guests. Our hut typically goes out for three nights minimum, but we can offer single night hire at £450.

Bar Purchase: Price on Application
For your own branded offer, built to your personal specification. We can create your bar hut to suit in a range of styles, sizes and fit outs. Prices start from around £22,000.

Delivery is calculated as  £6 per mile from NR13 6PR. ​
This includes both trips for delivery and collection. If multiple huts are booked, a discount may apply.
We Provide a fully kitted out serving hut with the following features:
  • Solid oak worktops.
  • Ample cupboard space for storage.
  • A stainless steel washing up sink with a worktop insert.
  • A stainless steel hand wash basin.
  • An aluminium hatch that serves as a canopy.
  • twin bottle cooling fridges.
  • An ice freezer.
  • array of task and mood lighting including colour changing leds strips, spot lighting above the bar and exterior lights.
  • A flexible layout that can suit beer kegs, wine tastings, cocktails, coffee and more.
  • We will plan with you to ensure that our bar hut will be compatible with your equipment and setup.
You Need:
  • Space at a private venue or your own land to place the Shepherds Hut. For insurance purposes, the hut must either be placed on property you own, or with permission of the venue owners.
  • 10ft Wide access and roughly 5m x 3m flat space.
  • Licenced staff. We can also provide a barman, with price on application.
  • The bar is provided for dry hire, so it can be stocked with your own supply of alcoholic and soft beverages.
  • Specialist equipment, such as pumps and apparatus for kegs, optics, cocktail making kits, and coffee makers, would be supplied by yourself and we can advise on how to make the layout work with your setup prior to the event. 
  • An outdoor electrical supply within 25m of the hut. 
  • An outdoor water supply within 25m of the hut
  • Waste water can be disposed of via a soakaway, or stored in a waste caddy.
