This weekend we had a debut appearance with our latest show-hut, nicknamed “Little Nancy”. We shared a pitch with our friends at Right Angle Events and set up a quaint tea party scene! The fair itself was packed with events, stalls and more including a forestry arena, horse trials and dog shows. Visitors to our new hut also had the opportunity to enter a competition to win a free night stay in one of the campsites we supply.
Little Nancy will return to the Royal Norfolk Showground in June for the Royal Norfolk Show.
Even with a tentative shift in seasons, we weren’t going to let the cold weather stop us on today’s fashion shoot at Deepdale Backpackers to showcase the new Summer festival range from Sue Maton of The Mercerie a Norwich based fashion and textiles company specialising in British Wool. Although the snow thawed around mid-morning, the three models, Helen Foan, Flora Marshall-Dutton and George Marshall-Dutton were all commendably stoic and didn’t let the chill dampen their spirits or their good looks!
We also had the pleasure of meeting Boo Marshal of Eliza Boo Photography a highly talented photographer who we’d recommend to anyone- After seeing this shoot, one of our carpenters has already booked her to photograph his wedding next month!
Finally the shoot was captured in a video starring the track “You Cannot Choose The Roads That Take You Home” played by a fantastic Norwich band The Barlights
We’ve got some gorgeous huts placed around some of the most spectacular locations in Norfolk- if you’re looking for a fabulous set for your photo shoot, get in touch!
