The first step was to obtain planning permission, which we handled with our own in-house planning consultant. As a unique and stunning location, our first priority was to ensure that the scheme was ecologically responsible and would have no negative impacts. As such, we instigated ecological and tree surveys prior to the devising the scheme so that we could identify the most sustainable set up for this project. A few months later, we successfully obtained planning permission for two sites.
